Delivery and Packing Policy

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Please allow up to 5 working days after payment is cleared for the order to be dispatched. If the product ordered is not in stock, both at The Open Range and at any of their suppliers, The Open Range will contact you to organize an estimated date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with the quoted date, we will gladly issue store credit or refund your total amount via the initial method of payment. The Open Range will only ship goods after payment is cleared.

The Open Range will use the appropriate packaging for every product ordered, but does not accept reason ability for breakages in transit, unless proved by courier investigation, that the packaging was inadequate. If multiple boxes are needed to appropriately pack the order, please note a surcharge may apply.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Open Range if an order does not arrive. Once we are informed and understand an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.

If any provision of this Policy shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Policy shall in no way be affected or impaired thereby, so long as the remaining provisions of this Policy still express the original intent of The Open Range. If the original intent of The Open Range cannot be preserved, this Policy shall either be renegotiated or terminated.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Any claims made through postage insurance will be taken up through the corresponding courier’s insurance procedures.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Although The Open Range takes all due care in packing and shipping products, and we do not have control over the movement of products between locations. We will always provide adequate packing to insure the protection of the goods within but we cannot guarantee the arrival of boxes in perfect condition.
