In most cases product weight indicated is as close as reasonably acceptable to the products shipping weight including packaging. However some products shipping weight may be estimated or inflated to include extra packaging to insure safe delivery, and as a result be heavier than the item received. Mostly, the cost of shipping is calculated on the weight displayed on the web page; however, if the accuracy is more than 2 decimal places, the weight displayed on the web page will a rounded approximation of a much more accurate weight, upon which the shipping cost will be calculated.

If any provision of this disclosure shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this disclosure shall in no way be affected or impaired thereby, so long as the remaining provisions of this disclosure still express the original intent of The Open Range. If the original intent of The Open Range cannot be preserved, this disclosure shall either be renegotiated or terminated.
